Privacy policy.

What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Effective October 2026

1. Scope

This policy covers navaratech.in, the website of Navara Tech. It explains what personal data the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

It does not cover our products. RWA Connect 360 and Fly Nexaa each operate on their own domain, collect different data, and publish their own privacy policies. If you are a resident, a committee member or a traveller using one of those products, the policy on that product's site governs your data, not this one.

2. What we collect

This site has one point of personal-data intake: the contact form. When you submit it we receive the name, email address, enquiry subject and message you type, and a phone number if you choose to provide one. The phone field is optional and the form works without it.

We also collect aggregate analytics about site performance and page views. This is measured without cookies and is not tied to your identity — it tells us that a page was slow or popular, not who visited it.

We do not operate accounts, take payments, or request identity documents on this site.

3. Why we collect it

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We may keep the correspondence so we have context if you contact us again.

Analytics are used to find slow or broken pages and to understand which pages are read. They inform how we build the site, nothing more.

4. Consent and your choices

We process contact form data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form. You are never required to use it — our phone number and email addresses are published on the contact page, and you may reach us by either instead.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Under Section 6(5) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, withdrawal applies going forward: it stops further processing but does not make earlier processing unlawful.

5. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf as part of running the site — our hosting and analytics provider, and the email service we use to receive and answer enquiries. They act on our instructions and for no independent purpose of their own.

We may disclose data where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal order.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the thread if you return to us. Where an enquiry becomes a commercial relationship, the records move into that relationship's retention terms.

Analytics data is aggregate and is not retained in a form that identifies you.

You may ask us to erase your enquiry and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal data of yours we hold and give you access to it
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate, or complete anything that is missing
  • Erase personal data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for
  • Withdraw a consent you previously gave, with effect going forward
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to

8. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless by design, which is why you are not asked to dismiss a consent banner on arrival.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people at Navara Tech who need it to answer you.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and move the effective date above. Where a change is material we will give notice rather than rely on you noticing the date.

11. Contact and grievances

For any question about this policy, or to exercise any right described above, write to admin@navaratech.in or call +91 92115 51123.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer at the same address, and you retain the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
